Have you ever wanted to invest in your own home screen printing studio but weren’t sure where to start? This period of social distancing is the perfect time for a creative home DIY! This virtual workshop will focus on the methods, techniques, and procedures employed in screen printing at home—without a darkroom! Set up your home screen printing space and gain fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to confidently explore and experiment within the medium of screen printing, including cutting stencils, screen printing with watercolors, using drawing fluid and screen filler, mixing inks, printing layers, registration methods and techniques, printing on fabric and paper, printing effectively, and planning for successful screen prints. This workshop includes weekly 1-hour group Print Labs and a walk-through of each participant’s home studio setup.

All skill levels welcome!
